About Our Camps

River City Fitness Camps are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun during school breaks. Each camp day is filled with games, gymnastics activities, and fitness challenges—all in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment. Whether your child is looking for new skills or just an outlet for their energy, our camps provide the perfect balance of fun and movement.

Camp Details

  • Hours: 7:15 AM – 5:45 PM
  • Ages: Kindergarten – 5th grade
  • Cost: $50 per day (siblings receive a 10% discount for the 2nd child and beyond)

What to Bring

  • A minimum of 2 healthy snacks and a lunch
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Comfortable athletic clothes (no skirts, tutus, midriff tops, or dangling jewelry)
  • Hair tied back securely

Themes

Some of our camps—such as Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Winter—feature special themes and activities. Other camps focus on all-day fun through fitness, games, and gymnastics.

After School Fitness Program

About Our After School Fitness Program

Our After School Fitness Program offers a healthy, active, and structured way for students to unwind after a busy school day. This program blends supervised play, gymnastics-based fitness, and strength-building activities that help kids burn energy, gain confidence, and develop coordination.

Students are transported safely from local schools to the gym each afternoon, where they’ll participate in age-appropriate fitness activities led by our trained River City coaches. Each session is designed to promote teamwork, discipline, and fun—all while keeping kids moving in a supportive environment.
